What We Do
By training candidates, campaign staff, volunteers, and communities in the tenets of people-based organizing, we seed sustainable structure within electoral campaigns that enable electoral wins and organizing efforts after election day. Our program includes:
Goal Setting
We work with your campaign to set goals and better understand your unique community from the start. We want to know what motivates your community, and where you are looking to goal.
Story, Strategy, & Structure
After setting goals, we bring together the campaign inner-circle—from the candidate to super volunteers—to assess what's working and how the campaign can grow its base.
Community Power Caucus
We bring together your campaign community—volunteers, staff, and more—to learn the essential practices of organizing. Our model focuses on practice, building relationships, and leaving with a real plan.
Action Launch
We support your campaign in translating plans into action. We provide coaching as organizers navigate the challenges of applying their strategies and building community relationships.
Continued Coaching
Through Election Day, we offer to engage in coaching and serve as a support in thinking through organizing and leadership challenges. Then, after Election Day, we come together to understand what comes next.
What Does Constare Mean?
Constare is Latin for “stand together.” It’s the root term for constituency, which, in organizing, are a group of people who choose to act together on shared values. Our mission is to turn communities into constituencies across the country—to get people to stand together.
